History
Lt. Joyce Riba has had a career in law enforcement spanning more than 30 years with the Fresno Police Department in Fresno, Calif., along with 15 years with the International Association of Property and Evidence serving as instructor, board member and president.
Awarded for her “Outstanding Achievement” by FPD, she is now retired and shares her experience and expertise with Evidence Unit personnel to help educate and assist in the professional field of Evidence Management.
